I cut the new center and tacked it in to use the old center
as a guide...

Then I popped the old center out..

I build a jig for the rear wheel, I used a steel pipe for the
center as I did with the Enterprise Chopper...

I really wanted to be sure this wheel was as strait as possible,
otherwise the disc brake wouldn't work...

The completed wheel...

I really wanted to build a full steel jig for this bike, maybe
next time :)..

For the tranny I tried a different approach, a pedal crank, with
some spacers...

I made the rear suspension too complicated, live and learn...

Building the base from sheet metal for the seat...

Coming together, I used parts from a new $100 mountain bike, disc
brakes, crank, shocks, gears etc...

I built the shifter box to surround the old stick style Murray
shifter...

I can never find fenders that make me happy, so I just built some..

Assembly time after paint has set...

First time using decals, very fun..

I built the shifter ball from sheet metal and a ball bearing...

Finalizing, just needs some lights...

Finished with lights...
